SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping and delivery policies below.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
During peak seasons and promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
STANDARD SHIPPING (5-7 BUSINESS DAYS)
Available for all locations within Ghana. Shipping cost is GH₵40.00 and will be displayed at checkout.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We currently ship to all regions within Ghana. International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working to expand our delivery network.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active. If you experience any issues tracking your order, please contact our customer service team.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage.
Missed Deliveries: If you miss a delivery attempt, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or picking up your package. Most packages will be held at the local courier facility for 5-7 days before being returned to us.
Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address was provided by the customer, we will attempt to redirect the package, but additional shipping charges may apply.
DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE
While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carrier delays or errors
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Customs delays (for future international orders)
- Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by customer
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We cannot deliver to:
- PO boxes or postal addresses (residential/commercial addresses only)
- Locations where delivery services are unavailable
- International destinations (at this time)
MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. You may receive separate tracking numbers for each package. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
